Starting April 15, 2025, customers will begin receiving a newly redesigned LUS bill created with clarity and convenience in mind.

• • At-a-Glance Summary – Quickly see the total amount due, due date, and a breakdown of service charges using a new, color-coded circle graphic.
  • More Detailed Service Information – Each utility service now includes rate details for better transparency. Additional rate information can be found at lus.org/rates.
  • Easy Access to Online Tools – QR codes on your bill provide direct links to Bill Quick Pay and My Account – making it easier to pay your bill or monitor your usage.
  • Improved Messaging Space – Look for more helpful updates and service notices right on your bill.
