Start

Moving into the LUS service area?

Information Needed –
To start services, please provide the following:
• Address to be connected
• Employer Identification Number
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Security Deposit
• Contact phone number
• Email address

Reminder

• All outstanding utility charges must be paid in order to start service.

Stop

Moving outside the LUS service area?

Information Needed –
To stop services, please provide the following:
• LUS Account Number
• Employee Identification Number
• Forwarding address
• Contact phone number
 

Reminder

• All outstanding utility charges must be paid in order to start service.
 

Transfer

Moving to a new address within the LUS service area?

Information Needed –
To transfer services, please provide the following:
• LUS Account Number
• Employee Identification Number
• Current address
• New address
• New mailing address
• Certificate of Occupancy for new location;

Reminder
• All outstanding utility charges must be paid in order to transfer service.
