Unfortunately, there may be an interruption in your service due to unanticipated circumstances such as severe lightning, a fallen tree, or a car accident damaging a utility pole.
We regret the inconvenience that these temporary outages may cause you, but it is important to realize that these outages may protect LUS equipment from further damage.
If you believe that there is a power outage, first check with your neighbors, if possible. If there is a general outage in your neighborhood, please report it immediately to LUS at (337) 291-5700. Outages should not be reported through the website.
