Transferring Service
In the event that you need to transfer your LUS service to another location within the LUS service area, the process is simple. Call (337) 291-8280 or visit our Customer Service Center and a LUS representative will assist you.
Transfer of Service Checklist:**
- Account Number (or verify account information)
- Current Address
- New Address
- Date of your move
** All outstanding utility charges must be paid in order to transfer service.
LUS will make the service transfer on the date you have specified.
