Public Meetings

The Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government offers the community the opportunity to browse the agendas of upcoming meetings for the Lafayette City-Parish Council, LPUA, LPPA and other special meetings. All meetings are held at the Ted A. Ardoin City-Parish Council Auditorium at 705 West University Avenue in Lafayette. Meetings are also televised live on Acadiana Open Channel 2 (AOC2) on LUS Fiber channel 4 and Cox cable channel 16.

Lafayette City-Parish Council

Regular Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The Council also meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. to discuss zoning ordinances and discussion items and to take comments from the public.

Lafayette Public Utilities Authority

LPUA meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

Lafayette Public Power Authority

LPPA meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
