In 1986, LUS and the Lafayette Catholic Service Center began the Share the Light program, an emergency utility relief program for those individuals who cannot obtain other forms of assistance.

Through the LUS pledge program, you can make a contribution to "share the light" each month when you pay your utility bill. The assistance that you provide helps families who otherwise would not be helped.
