Paperless Billing Terms & Conditions
Lafayette Utilities System (LUS) is happy to offer and provide to you Paperless Billing (the “Service”), provided you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accepting or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are the customer of record for the LUS account that you are enrolling in or that is enrolled in the Service, or duly authorized to act on behalf of, and with the express consent of, the customer of record; and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, LUS will not provide the Service to you.
Service Enrollment Requirements
In order to enroll in the Service, you must be an active LUS customer, have an eligible account, log in or register for “e-Account” at LUS.org (or click here), and follow the instructions to register your account for the Service. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.
